Looking to treat someone to a really special afternoon tea? Simpsons offers the best luxury afternoon tea, perfect for any occasion. Enjoy our fabulously delicious afternoon tea with friends and family in the comfort of our lounge area in the Glasshouse restaurant.
Currently our sit-in Afternoon Tea is available:
Thursday to Saturday at 3pm in our Inverness restaurant
Monday – Saturday at 2pm in our Aberdeenshire restaurant.
Friday & Saturday at 2pm in our Fochabers restaurant.
Our dedicated and friendly hosts will look after your table for the duration of your stay to ensure the best experience. Afternoon Tea is £19.99 per person and you can upgrade to a glass of prosecco for an additional £5.30. per person.
Online bookings are now available for Afternoon Teas in our Inverness Restaurant ONLY! Please do not try to book online if you’re booking for Aberdeen, you will need to call the number above to book this. Ensure to click ‘Afternoon Tea’ from the event dropdown list.

Your afternoon tea is of course served with fresh house tea or coffee Cafetière, with tops ups available during your service. De-caff, apple/orange juice or herbal tea alternative also available. Other hot / cold drinks will be charged at normal cost.

Upgrade your Afternoon Tea and indulge in some bubbly for just £5.30pp (Inverness only). Go all out and treat yourself and your loved ones with a miniature bottle of prosecco each to make your Afternoon Tea at Simpsons that little bit more special. (Prosecco option can’t be booked online but once you arrive).
Planning a special occasion? Our afternoon tea is perfect to book for a birthday, baby shower or anniversary celebration.
We don’t want anyone to miss out on our amazing afternoon tea. If you need gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan options, simply let us know when booking.
We don’t have a children’s afternoon tea, however younger visitors are welcome to share an adult serving between two, or enjoy one of our kids Grampa Greenhouse lunch boxes alongside. Please let our teams know if you will have additional people joining to ensure we allow space for them.
