We deliver our flowers across Inverness, surrounding areas and mainland Highlands. Delivery cost will depend on where the flowers are being delivered.

Local Inverness orders will be delivered by our own delivery drivers, outlying area and mainland Highland deliveries will be delivered by our trusted courier provider.
For all orders
For all orders, you will receive a confirmation email. If any details are incorrect on your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will be in touch with you within 2 working days of your order being dispatched and we will sent you a text message and/or email the evening before the delivery day letting you know that delivery will happen the next day. On the morning of delivery, our delivery team will send you a text message (to the phone number you gave with your order), to let you know your estimated delivery time. Please note we cannot guarantee an exact time.
If you are not in and you have not left instructions then the goods will be returned to our warehouse and an additional cost for re-delivery may be charged.
Please advise us of any damages within 24hrs and all packaging should be retained – failure to do so may invalidate your return.
Yes, unless one of the items you have ordered is out of stock in which case we will notify you in advance.
Of course! Just contact us and we’ll update your details. You can do this at any time up until 24 hours before we dispatch your item(s) for delivery. If your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address isn’t usually possible, and you may be charged for arranging redelivery.
No, however if you have an urgent query, please contact us and we’ll do our best to get in touch with the driver in a safe manner.
Firstly, we’d like to apologise. We work hard with our suppliers to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as and when they arise. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us.
For garden centre products and furniture orders, our delivery team will contact you before the delivery to propose a delivery date and time frame, and give you the option to reschedule this if it’s not convenient. If you’re not at home at the agreed time, your item will be returned to our warehouse. We might be able to arrange re-delivery but this might incur an extra delivery cost at the rate originally paid.
For flower deliveries these will be delivered direct to the recipient on the day selected. We cannot guarantee delivery times. If the recipient is not at home, our delivery driver will do our best to leave with a neighbour or return the flowers to our florists. If this happens a card will be left at the recipients home for them to contact us when they return.
In all cases we’d advise you try and be in on the original delivery date, so your items don’t stay too long in transit and you can enjoy them as quickly as possible. Please contact us should you need help arranging redelivery.
