Terms & Conditions:
- Simpsons Rewards is promoted by Simpsons, Highview Limited, Inverness IV2 5BA. ‘Simpsons’
- Applicants must be aged 18+ to join Simpsons Rewards.
- By applying for or using the Simpsons Rewards card / app, the account holder agrees to be bound by these terms as varied from time to time. Any change to these terms will be posted on The Simpsons website (www.simpsonsgardencentre.co.uk)
- Simpsons reserves the right to cancel the card/app and any benefits attributed to it at any time. In respect of any unused offers, Simpsons will honour these offers in conjunction with the expiry date of that individual offer.
- Simpsons reserves the right to substitute prizes or rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control.
- Simpsons Rewards is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club. Neither the card nor any offers are transferable or resalable.
- Simpsons reserves the right to vary the level/value of prizes or benefits at any time and without notification.
- The prizes & rewards earned are not exchangeable for cash, gift vouchers, or any other excluded category of products and can only be used as explained on the offer.
- Members are only permitted to hold one account.
- If no transaction occurs on a card / app in any 36 month period, the account will expire and any offers will be cancelled.
- Any prize vouchers, codes or rewards vouchers issued to an account holder are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher such a use by date. Any vouchers, codes or rewards vouchers not scanned by the ‘use by’ date will be removed from the account and cannot be extended.
- An account holder is responsible for looking after the card or account, Simpsons is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards or used vouchers, codes or benefits on the app.
- Lost or damaged cards may be replaced at Simpson’s discretion. Customers may be charged for this service.
- Any Simpsons Rewards cards remain the property of Simpsons and the cardholder shall return the card if requested by Simpsons.
- Simpsons is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of a card / app or the inability of the account holder to receive or redeem codes, credits or use vouchers, unless in any such case it is caused by Simpson’s negligence or external fraud.
- Simpsons reserves the right to terminate Simpsons Loyalty at any time by giving three months’ notice of its intention to do so. Any such notice will be posted on the Simpsons website (www.simpsonsgardencentre.co.uk)
- Offers are only available when purchasing products within Simpsons stores.
- All sections of the application must be completed in full. Simpsons reserve the right not to accept any incomplete applications.
- Vouchers, codes or rewards may only be redeemed by the named member of Simpsons Rewards.
- Redemption offers, vouchers and codes and any future redemption partners may change from time to time.
- Particular redemption offers may have their own particular Terms & Conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
- Nothing in the Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude Simpsons liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights).
- Simpsons is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected and processed only in accordance with the administration of Simpsons Loyalty and to contact you for the purpose as described in this application. Click HERE to see our Privacy Policy.
- Simpsons can accept no liability for personal loss or injury at any of the participating venues as far as permitted by law.
- Simpsons adheres to the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
- Termination of Membership: We would be sorry to see you leave but you may terminate your App at any time in which case any vouchers issued or hot drink stamps shall be lost.
Steps to delete your APP
- Log into your APP
- Press the Account icon at the bottom of your APP
- Select the tab call ‘details’
- Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘permanently delete account’
- Enter your APP password and press ‘DELETE’
- Your customer record will now be deleted immediately and permanently
Steps to delete your card account, or APP if you have deleted the APP: Please email rewards@simpsonsgc.co.uk and request for your account to be deleted.
