I had a previous rewards card with Simpsons, can I just reactivate my account?
No sorry, due to our new rewards scheme being on a different platform, as well as different benefits, we are unable to move everyone automatically to the new rewards app. However, the new platform and set up is so easy to complete, you’ll be up and running as a rewards member in no time at all.
How do I join?
Simply sign up online HERE or scan a Simpsons Rewards App QR code when in store. Our Inverness store will have a sign up kiosk located at our customer services desk. Simply fill in your details and you’re good to go.
How much does it cost?
Nothing, our rewards App is FREE. We may introduce additional levels to Simpsons Rewards in future however we won’t do this without telling you first and all the current benefits as noted in our FREE app will always be included.
What information will we require from you?
To join you will need to give us your name, email address and date of birth, and your mobile number if you want to receive text updates and offers from us, these will all be compliant with GDPR regulations to enable us to provide the relevant rewards benefits and we do not share your information with any external 3rd parties.
I don’t want another app on my phone, can I just get a card?
At this time Simpsons Rewards is available through the APP only. If the demand is there for a key fob, then we may consider one in future. You can still join Simpsons Rewards in store via our retail till points (not restaurant), however we won’t be able to keep you up to date with all the great offers available and notify you of when new rewards have landed. However to get your exclusive Simpsons Rewards offers, all you have to do is ask our till operators to find your account at our till points. This is why we would need your postcode.
If you change your mind in future you are welcome to upload the app onto your phone and you’ll have instant access to your account.
Where will I find my offers?
All offers / vouchers will be available to view on your app when you log in. We will also send you an email to let you know about new offers.
Why scan every visit?
Although we are not a points based rewards platform, by scanning you will be entered into our monthly pride draw as well as being able to see your Simpsons receipts. The more you scan, the more entries you’ll get.
How do I update my details?
You can update any of your contact details via the App or email rewards@simpsonsgc.co.uk
Can I redeem rewards after purchase?
Please make sure that you scan your Simpsons Rewards App every time you visit, this will ensure that you redeem any vouchers or offers at the time of your visit. We cannot redeem offers retrospectively.
