I had a previous loyalty card with Simpsons, can I just reactivate my account?
No sorry, due to our new loyalty scheme being on a different platform, as well as different benefits, we are unable to move everyone automatically to the new loyalty app. However, the new platform and set up is so easy to complete, you’ll be up and running as a rewards member in no time at all.
How do I join?
Simply scan a QR code which can be found across any of our stores, fill in your details and you’re good to go. Visit our website HERE and click the Simpsons Rewards app links to complete your details.
How much does it cost?
Nothing, our loyalty scheme is FREE. We may introduce additional levels to Simpsons Rewards in future however we won’t do this without telling you first and all the current benefits as noted in our FREE app will always be included.
What information will you need?
To join you will need to give us your name, email address and date of birth, and your mobile number if you want to receive text updates and offers from us, these will all be compliant with GDPR regulations to enable us to provide the relevant rewards benefits and we do not share your information with any external 3rd parties.
I don’t want another app on my phone, can I just get a card?
At this time Simpsons Rewards is available through the APP only. If the demand is there for a key fob, then we will introduce one in future. You can still join Simpsons Rewards, however we won’t be able to keep you up to date with all the great offers available. To get your exclusive Simpsons Rewards offers, all you have to do is ask our till operators to find your account at our till points.
If you change your mind in future you are welcome to upload the app onto your phone and you’ll have instant access to your account.
