If for any reason your plant fails to establish within a period of 5 years from the date of purchase we will replace or issue a credit note equal to the full value of the original purchase. All we ask is that you retain the plant label and proof of purchase.
* Extreme weather conditions may invalidate this guarantee.
** This guarantee excludes all seasonal plants such as bedding, annuals and tender nursery stock.
