Celebrating One Year of Simpsons at Fochabers

This month marks a very special milestone for Simpsons at Fochabers — one year since we proudly took ownership of our Fochabers garden centre. Over the past 12 months, our teams have worked incredibly hard  to build a space the Moray community can truly enjoy.

A Year of Transformation

From day one, our goal has been to breathe new life into the garden centre. Over the past year, we’ve refreshed layouts, enhanced product displays, introduced new ranges and worked hard to create a brighter, more inspiring shopping experience.

Our retail manager Lynn has seen firsthand how customers have responded:

“The changes to the shop have been amazing. The support from our teams and the positive feedback from customers has been incredible, there’s a real new energy in the store.”

Our owner, Andrew Simpson, shares his pride:

“It’s hard to believe a year has already passed. Our team has worked incredibly hard to transform the centre, and we’re so proud of what we’ve achieved together.”

None of this progress would have been possible without the dedication of our staff and the continued support from the local community in Fochabers and wider Moray area. Everyone’s commitment to maintaining high service standards throughout the renovation has helped shape the warm, welcoming atmosphere we aim to provide our customers.

Building a Community Hub for the Future

While gardening remains at the heart of what we do, our vision for Fochabers goes beyond being a traditional garden centre. By expanding our food, giftware and social spaces, we’re creating a vibrant community hub — a place for inspiration, connection and great experiences.

We remain committed to continue to ensure Simpsons Fochabers becomes, and remains, a leading destination for garden inspiration, quality dining, and community life in Moray.

We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome we’ve received over the past year, and we look forward to growing alongside the community for many years to come.
