Statement From Simpsons Garden Centre Regarding our Loyalty Scheme – October 2018
Due to circumstances out with our control we will be changing our loyalty scheme with immediate effect. Some of you have might have experienced difficulties with the scheme and after lengthy discussions with our current provider feel they are no longer able to support us or our customers to the level we would expect.
Due to a serious technical error on their side, we have been unable to convert our latest points totals. We are working with the current loyalty provider as a matter of urgency to resolve this, however in the meantime we have made the very difficult decision to suspend all future loyalty points collection.
Please be assured that if you have a loyalty card, you will receive any credit that you have on your account and/or were due to receive from the latest conversion – however at this time we do not know when this will be and it may take a bit longer than expected for this to be uploaded to your account. We would appreciate your patience and understanding whilst we do our utmost to resolve this.
You can continue to use your loyalty card in our restaurant to collect and redeem your FREE HOT DRINKS ONLY however you will not be able to collect points on your card.
In the meantime we will be working towards a bigger and better loyalty scheme, one that our customers deserve and that our new partner provider can deliver. We expect this to be launched in Spring 2019, so please hold onto your existing card.
