Announcing The Simpsons Garden Centre Photography Competition!

Spriderwoman DahliaEntry has now closed for our comp and we’re busy sifting through all of our entries. A short list of photos will be available to view in store and on our social media sites shortly for customers to vote for their favourite!

Summer Fairy and Gnome Hunt
Monday 3rd July – Friday 11th August

gnome1Congratulations to Grace Hall who was selected from all our fairy/gnome hunt entries over the summer holidays. Grace picked up a lovely hamper of goodies filled with things that fairies love!!

Afternoon Tea Week
Monday 14th – Sunday 20th August


Celebrate this great British tradition with Afternoon Tea in our restaurant* or pick up some delicious treats and your favourite tea selection from our foodhall/deli to create your own afternoon tea at home!

Scottish Food Fortnight
Saturday 2nd – Sunday 17th


Join us to celebrate the fabulous Scottish produce that we have available in our foodhall and deli with tastings of delicious cheeses, breads, preserves and biscuits throughout the fortnight. See in store for details.

Highland Honey Event
Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th September


We’re celebrating wonderful local Inverness honey with The Inverness Bee-Keepers who will be hosting their annual honey judging event in store. Come and learn all about the honey process, watch the judging (Saturday am), see a live observation bee hive, watch a traditional straw bee kep (hive) being made and children can get their face painted (Saturday and Sunday afternoon only). You can also pick up bee friendly bulbs to grow in your garden to encourage these fantastic pollinators into your garden!
